Mechanical Engineering Design All mechanical design is executed in 3D SolidWorks. View, analyze and fully understand your finished tool or machine design before it is manufactured. If necessary, or for file transfer/database compatibility, we can also work in Pro-E or 2D AutoCAD.
Electrical Engineering Design We design and execute the electrical systems required for our products according to our customer’s specifications and component standards. We are familiar and experienced with all major component brands.
Controls Software Programming Both PLC and HMI programming has been performed and completed successfully on a number of platforms including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron and Mitsubishi.
CAM Programming Our 3D CAM software quickly and accurately converts 3D part/component designs into machining programs for our CNC machine tools. Even the most complex shapes and surfaces are precisely reproduced.
Machining Our full-service machining capacity includes nine CNC milling machines, two CNC turning machines, CNC Sinker and Wire EDM, manual milling, manual turning and surface grinding.
Fabrication We can satisfy the most demanding weld requirements from heavy machine frame welding to light-duty and microwelding for tool repair.
Panel Build/Wiring Our electrical panels are designed and built by our own skilled employees to meet NEMA, UL and customer specific standards. All wiring is completed according to standard safe industry practices.
Assembly Highly skilled toolmakers and machine assemblers bring the final product together. Applying their experienced skills, they complete the final steps required to finish, test and debug a tool or machine in preparation for customer acceptance. |
